Next to voice tone, body language is very important in training your dogs. The body language will tell the difference between words and voice tones uttered by the owner. This will also give the dogs a hint of probable trouble or reward.

When an owner stood flat, with his arms wrapped around him preceded by a loud harsh tone, this will give a dog of a probable trouble. Thus, they will take note of the word used. Most owners repeatedly commit mistake when training their dogs. They always use the word “come here” when they are trying to discipline a dog, which should not be.

The dog will have a hard time differentiating the difference between the two commands with the same words used. So when you are trying to discipline your dog, make sure you are properly using your words. As much as possible, make your gestures or body language as clear and as distinguishable as possible.
